Any support you need
//SEIBERT/MEDIA works with an interactive approach for the development of a proof-of-concept, which is based on the process model recommended by Google. The basic positions for the joint implementation of the project include:
Permanent contact person for the duration of the POC (approx. 90-150 days).
Kick-Off date for project launch (on-site or remote)
Weekly Jour-Fixe for voting (remote).

Training for your stakeholder
Even though Google Workspace is very intuitive compared to competing products in terms of administration and office applications, it is important to establish a basic understanding of the tools at an early stage. Depending on your company’s wishes and level of knowledge, we can train the core project team, the Google Guides as well as the end users for you.
